I was ripped off by this company too. Not only did they charge me 19.95 membership fee, but they billed my credit card for a Rx that I never received. I finally was able to speak to someone who said they could see I was charged and could see I my order was canceled. Finally someone told me i should get my money refunded within 30 days. Of course I never received the refund for the Rx I never got. I call and call and never get a person, no one returns phone messages or emails. This is a scam!!!!!
