I ordered a prescription, and I was billed the 19.95 processing fee but my order never shipped.
I tried to call customer service several times and I was left on hold for a ridiculous amount of time, no customer service representative ever answered I just kept getting a recording. ever answered.
Every time I went to the live chat center I kept getting a no operators available for live chat message. No one ever responsed to the emails that I sent.
I would not recommend frontier pharmacies to anyone. If the company is legit then they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
